挂个二道贩子格温，收钱一个月不发货也不退钱

玩具是2024.7.31付款的，今天9.5了还没有发货也不肯退款，等了一个多月屁也没有

说不是漏发了被氵了就是联系不上，现在要求退款就装死，电话不接信息不回@格温工作室
